Job description
Inspect rigging gear, select appropriate slings and lifting accessories, connect and control loads, communicate with crane operators and lifting supervisors and support lifting plans and exclusion-zone controls. The role may support shutdowns, construction, drilling or marine operations.
Requirements
Relevant rigging experience in industrial, construction, marine or offshore environments. Recognized rigging/lifting certification and strong understanding of lifting safety are preferred. Banksman/slinger or offshore qualifications may be required for certain assignments.
