Job description
Provide field leadership for drilling and workover programmes; coordinate rig, service-company and client personnel; verify execution against approved programmes; monitor time, cost and operational performance; chair key operational meetings; escalate technical or HSE issues; and maintain clear daily reporting. The superintendent is expected to support safe, efficient execution and strong contractor alignment.
Requirements
Typically 10+ years of drilling/workover experience with prior supervisory responsibility. Demonstrated multi-contractor leadership, strong HSE performance, cost awareness and operational decision-making are required. Relevant well-control and offshore credentials may be required by assignment.
