Job description
Partner with clients and hiring managers to define role requirements, develop sourcing strategies, screen and interview candidates, maintain talent pipelines, coordinate interviews and offers and support successful onboarding. The consultant will also help build specialist talent pools for technical, operational and leadership disciplines.
Requirements
Recruitment, HR or staffing experience preferred. Strong interviewing, candidate-assessment, networking, client-service and database/ATS skills required. Experience recruiting technical or industrial roles is an asset.
